OTC settlement

The platform fee is currently 0.5% of the agreed price and comes out of the seller's proceeds. The rate and how it is charged are written into the order you sign and shown before every signature, and the fee can never be higher than what was signed. It is paid in SOL inside the settlement transaction, to the published treasury wallet <treasury address>.

Pump and PumpSwap trades

Trades routed through Pump or PumpSwap pay only that protocol's own fees: protocol and creator fees, plus LP fees once a coin has graduated. We add nothing. Every quote shows the fees taken from Pump's current on-chain fee schedule.

Network fees

Solana charges a small fee for each signature, plus rent when a new token account is opened. In an OTC settlement the buyer pays the network fee.

Token-2022 transfer fees

Some tokens take a fee, in the token itself, on every transfer. When that is the case the settlement shows the gross amount, the token's fee and the net amount the buyer ends up with, before anyone signs.
